WRONG OR MISSING INFORMATION ABOUT THE GAME

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO CORRECT INCORRECT OR MISSING INFORMATION ABOUT THE GAME?

For the care of the teams, the control and release of the results of the respective league is responsible. Please direct any incorrect or missing results, tables or goalscorer lists to the responsible league. Directly under the respective meeting is the button "report wrong result". There you can describe your concerns.

This feature is only available to you if you open Football.ie over the Internet / a browser. In the APP, this feature is currently not included.

STATISTICS

WHY DOES NOT MY NAME APPEAR IN THE TOP SCORER LIST?

Players who have been flagged un-published in FAInet for at least one match report will no longer appear in the goalscorer lists.

The best way to check this is in the game reports, to see if your name is in the line-up at least once the "no." for no information. Then use the "Report incorrect result" button to contact the responsible league so that they correct the information in the old game reports. Only if the indicator is set to "non-publication" in NO match report of the current season will your name be displayed again in the scorer list.

FAN, PLAYER AND REFEREE PROFILE – coming soon.

HOW CAN I CREATE A FAN PROFILE?

If you click on the small black head in the upper right corner, you will get to the login and the registration. There you will be explained all further steps.

WHY DOES THE MAIL WITH THE REGISTRATION LINK NOT ARRIVE WITH ME?

It may be that the mail with the activation link has landed in your spam folder. Please check there once. If this is not the case, we ask you to wait 24 hours and then register again. It is best to set the address noreply@fainet.ie to your white list beforehand, to make sure that it is not intercepted by your provider's spam filter.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

Please use your "forgotten password" function with your e-mail address and username. The link can be found directly under the login window.

I CAN NOT REMEMBER MY USERNAME ANYMORE. HOW SHOULD I USE THE PASSWORD FORGOT FUNCTION?

Please send us an email via the contact form. Then we can check which username is stored to your e-mail address. Afterwards you can do the password forgot function.

HOW CAN I CREATE A PLAYER PROFILE?

First you have to register here as a fan. Afterwards you can, when you are logged in, select the item Profile> Set up player profile in your profile settings (accessible via the head symbol in the upper right corner of the main navigation). Follow the given steps - done.

WHY DOES NOT THE SETUP OF A PLAYER PROFILE WORK FOR ME?

Please use exactly the same data stored on FAInet or in your player pass to create your player profile. Then the creation of the profile should work. Check in case of doubt your information in FAInet together with your team responsible. As a player, you are assigned to the club in which you have the first-time player right. Please note this when creating the player profile.

WHY ARE THE DETAILS IN MY PLAYER PROFILE INCORRECT?

All data displayed in the player profile comes from FAInet. If you want to change your back number, for example, this must be done directly in FAInet. Please contact your league. Some changes, such as name changes, can only be made through the office of your national association.

HOW CAN I CREATE A REFEREE PROFILE?

This is similar to the player profile. First you have to register as a fan at Football.ie (see above). Afterwards you can, if you are logged in, select the item Profile> Set up referee profile in your profile settings (accessible via the head symbol in the top right corner of the main navigation). Follow the given steps - done.

CAN I ALSO CREATE A Coach PROFILE OR OTHER PROFILES?

Not yet. After the player and referee profile, we are planning further profiles so that everyone in the football environment will find themselves on the page and feel even more comfortable.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY DATA?

We save the data you enter when creating a player profile internally until you delete your profile. Of course, your data will not be shared with third parties. In addition, we present the data that has been deposited in the DFBnet and released for publication.

GAMES AND LIVE TICKER

WHEN WILL MY GAMES BE TRANSFERRED TO football.ie?

Any changes to a game such as result entry, cancellation, dismissal, transfer will be transferred to football.ie immediately after being stored in FAInet. Newly generated players will be visible shortly after approval on FAInet. This can only be delayed a bit with a high data load.

HOW CAN I CREATE A LIVE TICKER FOR MY NEXT GAME?

You can tick live via the Football.ie app: Select contest / league, click on game and activate or follow the ticker (2nd place in the tab bar) on the game info page. If you are logged in as a Football.ie user, you can choose whether you want to ticker yourself or follow an existing live ticker. With the exception of a few National league games, every game that can be found on Football.ie can be ticked. You can follow the ticker to all leagues - and of course via the web version of Football.ie. You can even ticker through our FAInet app. The person who manages FAInet access for your club is the responsible.

CLUB / TEAM DATA

CAN YOU PLEASE SHOW THE CLUB LOGO? IN ADDITION, THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLUB ARE NOT CORRECT.

The club data that you get displayed on Football.ie (logo, contact person, website and address) will be recorded in the FAInet registration form.

If you want to change the details of your club, this can be done by the competent club responsible on their own via the FAInet. After logging in, they can enter the addressee and the contact person under "Master Data Maintenance" via the "General" tab. All other data can be changed via the tab "Club profile".

Do not forget to allow the publication on the internet.

WHO CAN MANAGE THE TEAM PAGE?

The authorization to do this is provided by your club’s official team manager, who is registered on the FAInet system.
